We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Admin & Customer Service Centre based at our Leicester head office .

- Process and assign client communications to the relevant department
- Update client contact information
- Liaising with clients over the telephone and email
- General Administrative duties
What we are looking for in you:
- Attention to detail
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Experience of office administration in a busy office with good knowledge and understanding of Administration duties
- Team player with a kind nature
- knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook. Sage 200 experience desirable but not essential
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workflow
- Professional telephone manner
- Full training, hand-holding and one on one support
